Four ink blotters advertising plumber Paul H. Fromholtz, 108 Tenth Street, Hoboken, no date, circa 1920's. 3-1/2" x 6-1/4" wide. Printed paper with blotter felt backing. Blotters are unused.
The blotters are generically illustrated in color with related text promoting plumbing work (blotters 2 and 3 appear to have been issued by the Chase Brass Company.) Each is imprinted with his name and address. There are three differnent examples (one is in duplicate, but each one has slightly differing ink colors.)
Blotter 1: "Your Plumber Protects Your Home in Many Ways." Promotes overhauling of heating boilers. 2 examples.
Blotter 2: "A Matter of Interest to Your Entire Household." Promotes the replacement of old pipes with Chase Flexible Copper Water Tube.
Blotter 3: "Chase Brass Pipe Isn't Expensive." Promotes Chase Alpha Brass Pipe for new construction and other work.
