1st and Bloomfield St. West side
George used to live at 110 Bloomfield St. (George = George Kirchgessner, one of the family that were proprietors of United Decorating Company from whose files this photograph was originally held.)
View is southwest of the west side of Bloomfield from Second Street.
The company was once Edward Foerster & Sons from at least the 1890s until circa 1910 when it became Louis H. Foerster (note the old name painted on building side at upper right corner.)
Parked in front of the business is a gasoline powered delivery truck with lettering for the business (note New York license plate) as well as three horse-drawn carriages which also belonged to the business.
To the north (right in image) of Foerster is a barber shop, in the window is a political campaign sign.
