Photo was probably taken by William Tremper. 8-7/8" high x 12-15/16" wide image on 11" x 14" paper. Reverse has the holographic pen notation, "OK," and holographic pencil numbering; see image. The two buildings at the left are boarded up at the bottom and the windows of the upper floors are open or broken, thus they appear to be abandoned. The lot in the foreground is a playground with swing sets at the left and a basketball backboard near the building. The top of the smokestack at the left has the letter "R" on it. There is rubbish including a couple truck tires strewn about. Graffiti on building walls.The provenance of this image is not settled, but it is believed to have been produced for a Hoboken governmental publication that was cancelled.
