Row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 5 bays; brick façade; single 2/2 sash windows per bay except entry bay; flat roof, 2 chimneys; modillioned and bracketed cornice with finials; paneled frieze; hooded keystone window heads and stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with large keystone segmental arch door head and iron handrails, newel posts, railings and gates; sill courses and string courses at lintel level; stone water table.
