An adhesive label is in the lower right border with the typed number "59." The formal name of HOPES, Inc is Hoboken Organization Against Poverty and Economic Stress. Wall sign was painted by L.T. Devlin. The provenance of this image is not settled, but it is believed to have been produced for a Hoboken governmental publication that was cancelled.
