Apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade with diamond ornaments; single and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; tripartite casement windows with colored glass transoms on first floor; flat roof; crenelated parapet with gablets, pinnacles and inset balusters; labeled stone window heads on first, fourth and fifth floors; brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with arched stone surround; stone sill course on second and fifth floors.
