Form 122-129. Printed in varying colored inks on canary or yellow cardstock, 2-1/8" high x 3-3/4" wide; with color coded label at left that varies in size and type. Back is imprinted. NJ Transit dated validation stamp. Note that the heading name of NJ Transit now includes "Rail Operations" as they were also operating buses. January, March, April do not have form number stated as such but they do have the number 122-129 at the upper left. May, July, Nov., & Dec. are stated formally as Form 122-229 at the bottom left. January carries a 7/8" x 1-3/4" high color coded printed paper label at the left (typical of those used over the years). March, April and May have different label which is a 5/8" wide x 1-3/4" glossy printed plastic label with an iridenscent sheen. This label and format is found only those three of the tickets present in this group. The tickets for July, Nov. and Dec. revert to a printed paper label in the same size as the January one, but with a new design. Reverse of all have name of ticket holder. M.
