Printed on dark tan cardstock, 2" high x 3-1/2" wide; with 3/4" x 1-3/8" high color coded label at left. Form MH apparently replaced MCH. See archives 2014.001.0062, monthly tickets from 1981, where one MH is used for August, but the other tickets present for that year are form MCH. Punches and validation stamps (uniformly used on front over the month/year label; the EL RY stamp still in use) as typical; reverse of all have name of ticket holder. Railroad tickets for suburban train service that was formerly operated by the Erie Lackawanna Railway. Conrail operated the lines after the EL bankruptcy in 1976. J.O.
