Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays on front façade and 7 bays on side façade; brick façade; single, double and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; brick parapet with stepped sections at the corners; brick frieze with medallions and stone ornaments; brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and keystone arch surround; fire escapes; sill course on second floor; string course below the frieze.
