Mixed-use apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories; 10 bays on front façade and 4 bays on side façade; 4 ground level storefronts; brick façade with diamond pattern section above the third floor; single 1/1 sash windows except glass panes on storefronts; flat roof; consoled cornice with denticulated and festooned panel frieze; arched keystone window heads, molded lintels, and keystone flat arch lintels; stone sills; storefronts topped with consoled cornice and denticulated and festooned frieze; wood and glass storefront entrances with transom windows; central wood and glass double-door entrance to apartments with transom window and arched brick surround; fire escape; string course on fifth floor.
