SERIES OF 1936 No. N821773 Date: Dec. 10, 1945 This order may be filled only by a registered importer, manufacturer, producer, compounder, or wholesale dealer (a class lor 2 registrant) unless it calls for an aqueous or oleaginous narcotic solution under the conditions outlined in articles 15 and 73 of Narcotic Regulations No. 5. The merchandise requested below may not be furnished if this form shows any alteration or erasure or evidence of any change whatsoever.
