Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays except 5 on first floor; patterned brick façade with diamond ornaments except stone on raised basement; single and triple 1/1 sash windows; labeled window heads on first floor; flat roof; brick parapet with stepped pinnacles; patterned brick frieze; bracketed and denticulated cornice with paneled frieze over central 4 bays; brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and stone surround, frieze and door head; fire escape; sill courses on second and fourth floors; stone water table.
