Apartment building; irregular H-shaped plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 8 bays; brick façade with lozenge pattern on 1 pavilion; single, double and triple 4/1 and 6/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; 2 projecting pavilions extend into crenelated and gabled parapet; Tudor style timbering motif on stucco sections; soldier brick window heads and brick header sills; central arched portico entrance with gablet, slate mansard roof, and sidewalk awning; fire escape above entrance; brick sill courses on second floor.
