The engraved certificate was printed printed in or near 1863 when the bank was chartered. The date entry form is "186_."
Typewritten form text on reverse with holographic entries surrendering the stock with its transfer to other people on Dec. 20, 1907. (On that date ten shares were assigned to Mary S. Hammond and the other ten went to Louis H. Hyde and William P. McGuire as trustees of the estate of Mary M. Hyde. William Kaufman had the Stevens estate's power of attorney to execute the transfer. The document is signed as LS by Edwin A. Stevens (not indicated if II or III) and Palmer(?) Campbell, sole surviving trustees.)
