This service was promoted on dining car menus (see archives 2011.005.0056 for a typical menu featuring the service.) No price is stated, but 1968 menu lists the purchase at either forty or fifty cents. Dating: Erie Lackawanna is printed without the hyphen in the name (starting about 1963-1965) and the name of company is Railroad, which was used until 1968, when it was changed to Railway.
