Date of issue not established, but probably 1918 and onward. A World War One item that could have typically been awarded to and worn by a Hoboken resident, but it does not have a defined Hoboken provenance. Vignette on front depicts Liberty with shield and sword; a montage of battle in the air, sea and ground is shown.
