Identical row house apartment buildings; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 3 bays on first floor; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay and double 1/1 sash windows on first floor; flat roof; denticulated cornice; festooned frieze; stone window heads and sills except arched brick window heads on second and fifth floors; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with pediment and iron handrails, newel posts, railings and gates; fabric awnings; stone water table.
