Apartment building; C-shaped plan; 3 stories plus raised basement; 3 bays; brick façade with diamond ornaments; stone façade on first floor; double 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet with ball-shaped pinnacles; molded cornice and frieze; long arched window surrounds span the top 2 floors in each bay; brick arched window surrounds on third floor; brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window; fire escapes; key-patterned string course divides the stone façade of the first floor with the brick façade above.
