The donor provided general location information. His father, Robert Weston, is the last man at the right in the line of men in the middle. None of the others are identified. His father worked for the R.G. Mathews Trucking Co.
This site was occupied by the U.S. Army in World War I. It is where the General Foods Maxwell House Coffee plant was built in 1938-1939. The view is looking northwest with the United Dry Dock Company in the background. The Lipton Tea building with its sign can also be seen.
