DescriptionParagon 1376T-1 drafting scale (for drafting machine) made by Keuffel & Esser Company, (Hoboken, N.J.), no date, circa 1950-1960. Clear plastic with markings stamped in black on underside (beneath beveled edges) with metal mounting brackets (chuck plate) at ends on top face. Overall: 12-3/4" long x 1-5/8" deep x 3/16" thick not including mounting bracket. Manufacturer's marks stamped at top center in black. Graduations (measuring rule): 1st edge, 1/8" & 1/4" to 1 foot; 2nd edge, 1/2" & 1" to 1 foot. Mounting bracket at each end on face for reversible mounting (end to end) on Paragon Drafting or Map Making Machine. K&E main offices and factory were in Hoboken during the period when this was manufactured.
