Machined hardwood (boxwood) with applied white celluloid plastic rules on beveled edges; metal brackets (chuck plate) on each end on top face. Overall: 18-5/8" long x 1-9/16" deep x 3/16" thick not including mounting bracket. Graduations (measuring rule): 1st edge, 10 parts per inch; 2nd edge, 50 parts per inch. Mounting bracket at each end on face for reversible mounting (end to end) on Paragon Drafting or Map Making Machine. K&E main offices and factory were in Hoboken during the period when this was manufactured.
