Stamped and painted metal (white metal? plated), 15/16" high x 3/8" wide; clasp back. No maker's marks or hallmarks. Cup painted in white with blue band; drop with red detail. Original purpose of this pair is undetermined at present: possibly a gift premium in a promotional campaign (e.g. xx proof of purchases redeemed for the 'gift') or a present to employees or wives of executives at a banquet.
