Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 3 bays; brick façade; single and double 3/1 and 4/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; parapet with gablets and pinnacles flanking a central broken pediment; soldier brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and keystone surround; soldier brick string courses at lintel level on second floor; stone and soldier brick sill course on fourth floor; header and soldier brick water table.
