Apartment building; C-shaped plan; 8 stories; 14 bays including 8 central recessed bays forming a courtyard with semi-circular driveway; brick façade except stone on first floor; single and double 8/1 and 10/1 sash windows; flat roof; denticulated cornice and paneled frieze on protruding end bays; pilasters with capitals span the top 2 floors of protruding end bays; symmetrically placed Juliet balconies and stone festooned balconets; brick lintels and stone sills; central 2-bay entrance with stone surround and urn-shaped finials; stone sill courses on third and seventh floors.
