Photographer and other provenance unknown. Mount has holographic ink number "(11)" and added notation. None are identified, but the woman (plaid head scarf, right of center) holding a book(script?) is probably the script 'girl.' The view is looking southeast. At the right is the former boat club building at the foot of Fifth Street used as the office location for the fictional Longshoremen's Local 374. One of a group of 14 slides, 2001.098.0001 to 2001.098.0014, numbered on the slides 1 to 19 with numbers 7 to 10 and 16 missing. Whether this image is a candid or a posed 'still' is unknown. The image is in poor condition with severe fading and scratches. Image is available here as a black-and-white enhanced image and in its original condition. Appears to be in original cardboard mount which is imaged both sides for recording holographic notations and potential provenance determination.
