While this one is specific to the Holland Tunnel and the Marshals Service, the operation was more general and involved multiple agencies for the protection of transportation in the New York region. This was the first such operation and was set-up in response to the 1993 bombing at the World Trade Center. References have been seen for an Operation Terror Stop II of 1995-1996.
