Mechanical bank: Steneck Trust Company, Hoboken, N.J. No date, circa 1923 to 1931.
Nickel or chrome plated barrel-shaped body, 2-1/16" diameter x 2-3/4" high; stamped circular brass plates with red painted fields riveted as inset on top and bottom; top has coin slot and separate keyhole (key not present).
Bottom plate has bank name: Steneck Trust Company, Hoboken, N.J. Center depiction of the full exterior of the 95 River St. bank building (southeast corner of First and River Streets.)
Top has text above and below the coin slot: Start with a Coin, End with a Barrel of Money.
Smaller type at top edge: Trade Mark Reg U.S. Pat Off
Smaller type at bottom edge: Pat June 12th 1923 Chicago Thrift Co.
