Apartment building; rectangular plan; 3 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays except 9 bays first floor; brick façade; single, double and triple 6/6 and 4/4 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; corbelled brick cornice; iron railing and brick parapet including pinnacles extending from 4 pilasters flanking 2 bays and a pilaster on each end; keystone window heads on first floor and end bays; arched window heads on 6 central bays of fourth floor; keystone lintels on fourth floor end bays; brick lintels elsewhere; brick window sills; central wood and glass entrance with broken pediment and wood surround; fire escapes.
