Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 8 bays including a deeply recessed central bay courtyard; brick façade except stone on raised basement; single, double and triple 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet with pinnacles in the center and at the corners; denticulated and key-patterned cornice; stone window surrounds on fifth floor; brick lintels and stone sills; central recessed entrance accessed between square newels and stone balusters; fire escape; stone sill course on first, second and fifth floors.
