Mixed-use apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories; 11 bays on front façade and 10 bays on side façade; brick façade except stone on first floor; symmetrically spaced pilasters with foliated capitals on the second, third and fourth floors; single 6/1 sash windows except storefronts and entry bay; flat roof; brick parapet with urn-shaped pinnacles; molded cornice with lion's head ornaments; patterned brick frieze; brick lintels and stone sills; central wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window and recessed multi-arched keystone surround; stone sill course on the second floor.
