Apartment building; Beaux Arts features; I-shaped plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 5 bays; brick façade with quoining on 3-bay central pavilion; double and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; parapet with central broken pediment and pinnacles; patterned brick frieze; brick lintels, some with keystones, and stone sills; decorative spandrel panels above 3 windows; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window, keystone arch surround and 4 fluted pilasters; stone sill course on second floor; stone string course below the parapet.
