Reverse has provenance stamps and notations indicating this was a magazine or newspaper file photo, dated along with stamp "LIFE STORY THRU 1952." Front has crop marks and related notations.
This image was printed on page 21 of Hoboken History Magazine, Issue Number 21, 1998 as well as on exhibit in the Hoboken Historical Museum's exhibition that year at City Hall about Frank Sinatra. According to the magazine, the person watching over Sinatra's left shoulder is Hoboken Mayor Fred De Sapio. The others are not identified.
