Apartment building; rectangular plan; attached to an identical building next door with shared courtyard; 5 stories plus raised basement; 8 bays including 2 projecting pavilions; brick façade decorated diamond ornaments; single and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; stepped parapet with pinnacles and inset balusters; labeled stone window heads on first floor and fifth floor recessed bays; brick lintels and stone sills; recessed entrance in shared courtyard; stone string course below the second and fifth floors.
