Apartment building; rectangular plan; 3 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 5 bays on first floor; tripartite division of brick façade with recessed center section; patterned brick panels between the floors recur in the frieze; single, double and triple 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet; brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, wood and leadlight double-door entrance with stone door head and pilasters; brick planter box enclosure on ground floor; stone sill course on first floor.
