Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade with lozenge-shaped sections except stucco in the middle bays from the second to the fourth floors terminating in Tudor style gables; single, double and triple 3/1 and 6/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; 4 pilasters terminate in crenelated parapets on the end bays; soldier brick lintels and header brick sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window, stone and soldier brick surround, and crenelated overdoor; brick sill courses on second floor.
