Statement by the artist in 2006 about this work: My first full scale exhibit was at Traders [of Babylon.] My first year of painting, I did over thirty-five paintings. Thirty were for that show and since then I really strived to do 30 or more works each year. For at least five years, the poster was the first and last time I used my middle name - keep it simple from then on.
