Mixed-use apartment building; Art Deco; rectangular plan with recessed central bay above the entrance; 4 stories; 7 bays except storefronts on first floor; brick façade; single and triple 2/1 and 3/1 sash windows except entry bay and storefronts; flat roof; stone cornice with brick dentils; alternating blind arcade and geometric brick architrave; sets of 3 corbelled pilasters extend from the fourth floor into the parapet; brick parapet with pinnacles; soldier brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and stone surround and arcaded door head; fire escape in recessed bay; stone string course above the storefronts.
