Reverse of mount did not have any relevant information. Typewritten caption label naming the event, appearing contemporary, at bottom center on photo: Decoration Day Pageant, 1917.

They are in the 600 block (the house at the far right is 634 Hudson St.) at the intersection of Seventh and Hudon Sts. They are marching north.
Julius Durstewitz is in dark jacket in the right foreground. The parade was the Decoration (Americanization) Day Pageant (parade) and thus in late May or early June. The girls are dressed in patriotic costume and several of them carry flags.
