The list includes materials dated 1917 and 1918. Letter 1: typed carbon form letter to P.R. [Mayor Patrick R.] Griffin, Local Board No. 1, Hoboken from M.E. Margerum, April 14, 1919 acknowledging the property list and releasing the board from further accountablility. Letter 2: typed carbon on Local Board Division No. 1, Hoboken to M. R. Margerum, Trenton, April 16, 1919 re a bill of William Hammell for "all material used in making boxes for the 3 Boards in Hoboken." Unsigned, presumably Edward J. Sharkey, Board Secretary would have been responsible.
