The annual event was held inside tents erected in Shipyard Park for the second time. It was in the west end of the park and incorporated the bandstand with the tents. This was the ca. the 8th or 9th auction in this series.
Artist Chris Kappmeier is seen painting (in image 23 (caption 277) an oil picture of the event during the event which was auctioned off as the last live auction lot as seen in image 24 (caption 278.0
