While not in Hoboken, the factory structure, the former Koven Stove Works and later known as the Bookbinder building, is a familiar part of the view towards Jersey City Heights from Hoboken. In some views looking east, buildings in the southwest corner of Hoboken near Second and Third Streets can be seen. The walls supported by steel beams are an adaptive re-use of a factory exterior and are to be incorporated in a new residential building on the site by Hoboken developer Sanford Weiss.
