Industrial building; rectangular plan; 5 stories; 9 bays in front including 3 taller and protruding central bays and 3 bays on side; brick façade; double 9/9 sash windows per bay except fan lights above central 3 windows on fifth floor; flat roof; corbelled brick cornice in crenelated pattern; crenelated open brick parapet and central stepped arcade; brick segmental arch lintels and stone sills; 8 pilasters extend several courses above the roofline and anchor the parapet.
