Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 5 bays on front façade including a deeply recessed central bay and 10 bays on side façade; brick façade; single, double and triple 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet with stepped pinnacles; brick frieze with diamond ornaments; brick lintels and stone sills; central recessed entrance accessed by a brick staircase with square newels and stone balusters; fire escape; stone sill course on first and second floors; brick planter box enclosure on ground floor.
