Mixed-use apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories; 10 bays on front façade and 3 bays on side façade; brick façade; single and double 3/1 sash windows except storefronts and entry bay; flat roof; crenelated parapet with pediments and pinnacles; cornice with patterned brick panels, inset balusters and stone ornaments; brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and stone surround; fire escapes; stone sill course on the second floor.
