Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 3 bays including oriels flanked by pilasters on end bays extending from the second to third floors; brick façade in horizontal bands on basement level; single, double and triple 1/1 sash windows with stained glass transoms above oriels; bracketed oriels with denticulated and festooned pediments; flat roof; bracketed denticulated cornice with paneled frieze; labeled stone lintels on first floor, keystone lintels on second and third floors, keystone arch lintels on fourth floor; stone window sills; central wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window, pilasters and carved door head; stone sill course on the second and fourth floors.
