One of a group of eight negatives (one with print) from the Samperi family who once owned and operated the hotel. The hotel was closed. Urban Renewal Agency Relocation Office was on the ground floor corner entrance. At the right is the Hudson Hotel. To the left was the vacant land up to Fourth Street between River and Hudson Streets that was slated to become Marineview Plaza.
