Clipped leaf, 7-5/8" wide x 10-7/8" high. Item was the model NP5028. A photo depicts an engineer doing field work with the instrument on a tripod; bridge tower in background, probably the George Washington Bridge on the Hudson River. Diagram of how the compensator and optics worked. K&E had their main office and factories in Hoboken.
