The group of men only are posed with a banner for their organization or event. The building in the background was probably the restaurant. None of the men are identified and the purpose of the organization or the event (other than food and drink) is unknown including whether the word "rainey" is "rainy" mispelled or is intentionally spelled that way. (One older gentleman is seated in the second row just above the space between "Day" and "Savings." He is possibly an honoree named Rainey for whom this was a retirement party from a Hoboken business.)
