Under an awning next door, a luncheonette displays advertising signage that reads: HERSHEY'S ICE CREAM, FOUNTAIN, SANDWICHES, SNOW BALLS, HOT DOGS, and HAMBURGERS. A U.S. mailbox, fire hydrant, cardboard box, and trash cans are on the sidewalk. Street signage on the corner reads: ONE WAY DO NOT ENTER. Circa 1940s-1950s automobiles are parked along the curb.

Mixed-use row house apartment building on corner lot; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays both façades including 1 two-sided oriel and 1 protruding bay in front; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows per bay except entry bays, smaller windows in 2 bays on side façade, and storefronts; flat roof, 3 chimneys; bracketed and denticulated cornice; fabric awning and denticulated cornice above storefronts; alternating plain and crenelated flat arch stone lintels and sills; offset stoop in protruding bay, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window, scrolled pediment, and iron handrail, and basement entrance with scrolled iron railings and newel posts; 3 fire escapes with iron balconies and convex balusters on 2 façades; 2 pilasters on side façade.
