Telephone directories were very well made publications, but this genre of cover was quite commonly distributed by local businesses (not N.J. Bell) as a protector for the directory. While it was listed for Hoboken use, only 2 of the advertising companies were in that city. Back cover has a calendar with last four months of 1964, full year for 1965 and first eight months of 1966.
